Chief of Pediatric Cardiology

The Company is seeking a Chief of Pediatric Cardiology to lead its Division of Pediatric Cardiology and serve as Co-Director of the Joint Pediatric and Congenital Heart Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the expansion of the division, elevating the program's complexity, and broadening its specialized tertiary offerings. This role is pivotal in expanding patient access, geographic reach, and leading strategic recruitment efforts to attract high-caliber pediatric cardiologists. The Chief will also work to advance the integrated partnership with a major children's hospital, ensuring a seamless care continuum, and will be expected to forge a unified, multidisciplinary service line in close alignment with the leadership of Pediatric Cardiac Surgery and Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care. Applicants for the Chief of Pediatric Cardiology position at the company should be accomplished leaders dedicated to advancing patient- and family-centered care and improving outcomes. A collaborative leadership approach and substantial experience in complex academic settings are essential. The role requires an academic appointment at the Associate Professor or Professor level, an MD, DO, or equivalent degree, board certification in Pediatric Cardiology, and eligibility for medical licensure in Kentucky.
