Head of Finance & Reconciliation

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance and Reconciliation to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong financial controls across various platforms, including banking, trading, cryptocurrency exchanges, and internal CRM systems. This role involves overseeing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and conducting daily and monthly reconciliations. The Head of Finance will also be tasked with monitoring client transactions, reviewing trading PNL, and providing financial insights to support business decision-making. A high level of attention to detail, independence, and analytical skills are essential for this position. Applicants must have a background in finance operations, reconciliation, accounting, or financial control, with previous experience in the FX, CFD, cryptocurrency, or financial services sector. The role requires a good understanding of accounting principles, experience in preparing budgets, forecasts, and management reports, and strong Excel skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of financial processes in a small and growing business. Responsibilities also include investigating and resolving financial discrepancies, maintaining clear audit trails, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
