Head of Financial Audit

The Company is seeking a Head of Financial Audit with a strong background in financial control, internal audit, or finance leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the full audit process, from planning to final presentation, and must have a deep knowledge of IFRS/GAAP. This role involves identifying and documenting financial reporting risks, testing the control environment, and ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations. The Head of Financial Audit will also be tasked with presenting audit findings and recommendations to top management and must possess strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to make decisions under time pressure. Applicants for the Head of Financial Audit position at the company should have 3-5+ years' experience in a similar finance or audit leadership role, with a preference for those holding an ACCA, CPA, or DipIFR qualification. Advanced user-level knowledge of 1C and fluency in English and Russian is required. The role demands a systematic and analytical approach, critical thinking, and exceptional attention to detail. Experience with complex reporting structures, Big4 experience, and a background in an international company are advantageous.
