Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader, responsible for the full spectrum of financial functions, including financial control, reporting, FP&A, and business partnering. This role involves overseeing management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and audit processes, as well as providing commercial insight to senior stakeholders and driving process improvements. The Head of Finance will also be tasked with strengthening financial governance and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should be qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent, with a strong background in financial control, management reporting, FP&A, and business partnering. A proven track record in leading audits, statutory accounts preparation, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management is essential. The role requires the ability to influence senior stakeholders and develop high-performing finance teams, with a preference for candidates who have experience in multi-site organizations, particularly in service-led environments. The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded finance leader, combining technical expertise with a proactive, strategic approach to support business growth and performance.
