Head of Operations

The Company is in search of a Head of Operations for a multi-vendor hospitality venue. This senior leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless day-to-day running of the venue, with a strong focus on driving commercial performance, operational excellence, and an outstanding customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all venue operations, managing a multidisciplinary team, and acting as the primary operational contact for all vendors. Key duties include overseeing facilities management, health and safety, and regulatory compliance, as well as developing and implementing operational policies and service standards. The role also involves working closely with marketing, events, and commercial teams to deliver successful activations and large-scale events. The ideal candidate will have significant senior operations leadership experience in a relevant hospitality or large-scale visitor attraction setting, a proven track record in managing multiple stakeholders, and strong commercial acumen. Excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of health and safety, and a passion for hospitality and customer experience are essential. The role requires a calm and confident individual who is comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-footfall environment and is happy to work weekends.
