Head of Operations, Hard Facilities Management

The Company is in search of a Head of Operations for Hard Facilities Management. This senior leadership role is pivotal in overseeing the commercial, operational, and strategic performance of the department, with a strong focus on ensuring the safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of contracts to the highest standards of client service. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Contracts / Reactive Operations function across all regions, providing strong leadership and direction to Contracts Managers and operational teams, and driving a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include full P&L ownership, commercial accountability, and a solid understanding of health and safety legislation and RAMS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational delivery, contract management, and client relationship management, and will be adept at estimating, pricing, and tendering. They must also be able to maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, attend client meetings, and ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires a leader who can inspire teams, improve service delivery, and make a tangible impact across a growing business. The Head of Operations will also be instrumental in the ongoing development of service standards, supporting contract renewals, and commercial improvements, and will be expected to lead health and safety compliance, and promote a strong safety culture.
