Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic, operational, and external leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting a clear vision for the organization's future, serving as its primary ambassador, and leading efforts to strengthen visibility and expand philanthropic support. This role involves close collaboration with the board, staff, donors, and community stakeholders to ensure the organization's mission and impact are advanced. The CEO will also be tasked with establishing organizational priorities, guiding strategy, and ensuring long-term financial and operational sustainability. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have significant executive leadership experience, a proven track record in achieving outcomes, and the ability to lead a complex organization with multiple programs. A passion for fundraising, strong financial acumen, and the ability to represent the organization to a wide range of audiences are essential. The role requires a compelling and persuasive leader with the ability to build relationships, inspire confidence, and translate vision into measurable results.
