This role demands a strategic and operational leader with a strong background in IT, particularly in ERP environments, and a proven track record in change management and organizational development. The Head of IT will be instrumental in the further development of the organization, bringing calm, structure, and direction to the IT landscape, and actively contributing to the professionalization of processes, systems, data, and decision-making. Applicants for the Head of IT position at the company should have a completed higher professional or university degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years' experience in IT leadership within complex business and application environments. A strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, warehousing, and commercial is essential, as is experience in professionalizing IT organizations within a fast-growing environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in trade, FMCG, retail, distribution, or supply chain-driven organizations, and experience with setting up and professionalizing BPO organizations. The role requires a natural leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to foster collaboration and develop teams. Experience in an international, multi-entity, and private equity environment is a strong plus.
