Interim Director to the Office of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Director to lead high-priority strategic and operational initiatives in partnership with executive leadership. The role spans projects such as product launches, commercial strategy, business development, operational improvement, competitive response, and developing new business lines. The Director will identify underperforming processes, diagnose root causes, and drive solutions through cross-functional teams. They will also present to executives and serve as a trusted thought partner on key organizational decisions, using first-principles thinking and AI tools to deliver results in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. Candidates should have 6–10 or more years of entrepreneurial, operating, or strategic experience with a record of significant impact. Relevant backgrounds include founding a company, holding a senior operating role at a high-growth organization, or management consulting experience—ideally with healthcare or life sciences exposure and operational experience. The role requires strong analytical ability, a builder mindset, comfort with ambiguity, fluency in using AI tools, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including with executive and board audiences. Experience in regulated industries or building new products, functions, or business lines is an advantage.
