The President will be expected to lead the development and articulation of the institution's values and mission, support the enhancement of academic programs, and maintain effective relationships with donors and external partners. Applicants for the President position at the company should hold an earned doctorate or equivalent terminal degree, with a record of exemplary scholarship. The role requires a leader with excellent judgment, diplomacy, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of cultural proficiency, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse academic environment. Experience in a complex, multi-stakeholder governance structure and a proven ability to lead through change and transformation are essential.
