Chief AI Officer

The Company is seeking a Chief AI Officer to serve as a pivotal link between business leadership and technology teams, with a focus on driving value through data-driven decision-making and intelligent automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the enterprise-wide AI vision, roadmap, and governance framework, as well as identifying and implementing high-impact AI use cases that align with business objectives. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in AI/ML, including experience in predictive analytics, generative AI, NLP, and automation, and a strong background in building and scaling AI/ML capabilities within an organization. Key responsibilities for the Chief AI Officer include overseeing the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring the responsible and ethical use of AI. The role also involves building and leading high-performing AI, data science, and engineering teams, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive AI adoption. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or PhD preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in technology or data roles with a strong focus on AI/ML. Technical skills should include a strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI, as well as experience with AI frameworks and cloud platforms. Leadership skills in strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to influence and drive change are essential.
