Dean, College of Professional Programs

The Company is seeking a Dean for its College of Professional Programs. The successful candidate will be a seasoned, collaborative, and inclusive leader with a terminal degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 3 years' of successful leadership experience. The Dean will be responsible for providing a distinctive, unifying vision and strategy for the college, which includes schools of business, professional accounting, education, psychology, and social work, as well as various interdisciplinary programs and research centers. This role is pivotal in championing academic excellence, innovation, and community partnerships, and the Dean will be expected to strengthen the college's position as a regional anchor institution. Candidates for the Dean position at the company's College of Professional Programs must have a proven track record that justifies appointment as a tenured associate professor.
