The Dean will also be instrumental in elevating the college's visibility and impact, particularly in the areas of cyber and engineering opportunities. Candidates for the Dean position at the company's College of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics must have a terminal degree in a relevant discipline, a minimum of 3 years' of successful leadership experience, and a record of accomplishment that supports a tenured associate professor appointment.
