Executive Director

The Company is seeking a visionary and values-driven Executive Director to lead its next chapter of growth and impact. The successful candidate will serve as the chief executive, overseeing mission stewardship, fundraising, financial sustainability, external relations, organizational culture, and strategic implementation. This role is pivotal in guiding the execution of a newly developed four-year strategic plan, ensuring that artistic excellence, youth development, and social inquiry remain central to the organization's activities. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors, staff, donors, community partners, and families to lead ambitious fundraising efforts, expand strategic partnerships, and strengthen the organization's capacity.
