The Executive Director will work closely with the Principal and a dedicated team to maintain and grow strong relationships with the school community, including students, parents, teachers, staff, and external partners. Key priorities for the Executive Director include navigating leadership transitions, supporting the Principal in raising academic rigor, and developing strategies to recruit and retain experienced teachers and staff.
