Head of Supply Chain & Demand Planning

The Company is in search of a Head of Supply Chain and Demand Planning to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of supply chain and demand planning professionals, developing and implementing a rolling supply chain strategy, and ensuring the efficiency and innovation of supply chain processes. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, technical, and commercial teams to optimize supply chain outcomes, as well as identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and cost optimization. Applicants for the Head of Supply Chain and Demand Planning position at the company should have a proven track record in a similar leadership role within the electronics manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of UK public procurement regulations is essential, as is experience in driving operational improvement and delivering measurable business results. The role requires excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to work with various software tools. A relevant professional qualification such as MCIPS or APICS is beneficial but not mandatory.
