Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a VP of Operations to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the operational performance of a portfolio of ultra-high-rise, Class A, or luxury multifamily properties. This includes overseeing budgets, staffing, vendor management, and ensuring the delivery of Class A service standards. The role involves designing and implementing scalable processes, KPIs, and SOPs to maintain consistency across the portfolio. The VP of Operations will also be tasked with building and leading a team, instilling a culture of white-glove service, and being a key partner to executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive operations leadership experience in a similar setting, with a deep understanding of high-rise building systems, life safety, amenity programming, and hospitality-style service models. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong financial acumen, capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy and ownership. The VP of Operations will be expected to lead due diligence and operational ramp-up for new acquisitions and proactively identify and resolve operational risks. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to influence company strategy and growth, and will be comfortable with a high-visibility, leadership position.
