The Company is seeking a VP of Product Management for its Core Product domain. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the strategy, planning, and execution of product initiatives that deliver significant customer value and contribute to the company's growth and scalability. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a product management organization, defining product roadmaps, and ensuring that the product portfolio aligns with the company's business objectives. As a key partner to the executive team, the VP of Product Management will also play a critical role in shaping the overall company strategy and ensuring that product investments are in line with market opportunities. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with 7-10 years' experience in product leadership, particularly within SaaS or platform-based businesses. A strong background in product strategy and a proven track record of driving business outcomes are essential. Domain expertise in automotive, warranty, or aftermarket services is strongly preferred. The role requires a leader who can effectively manage a cross-functional environment, is adept at product discovery, and can ensure the continuous engagement of customers to validate product strategy. Experience with industry methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework or Pragmatic marketing, and knowledge of Atlassian products Jira and Confluence, are also desirable. The VP of Product Management will be expected to recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing product management team, setting clear expectations for performance and coaching leaders to maximize their impact.
