Managing Director

The Company is seeking a Managing Director to oversee the full operational and strategic management of its plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete supervision of the 3-shift production schedule, representing the company, and implementing business plans and strategic decisions. This role requires continuous evaluation and improvement of corporate performance, as well as the management and coordination of the organization to ensure the achievement of set goals. The Managing Director will also be tasked with managing material and labor resources, ensuring financial stability and growth, and maintaining compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company's plant should have a higher education degree and a minimum of 10 years' relevant business or senior management experience. A strong technological background and affinity, particularly in manufacturing technology, is essential. The role demands excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, as well as the ability to negotiate and interact with international partners in English. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and must be flexible and adaptable to a changing business environment. The position requires a hands-on approach, with a 5-day a week on-site presence.
