Vice President of Human Capital

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Human Capital to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive people strategy that is inextricably linked to the business's growth objectives. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading a high-performing, future-ready workforce, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of top talent, and fostering a culture of performance, engagement, and continuous improvement. This executive leadership role involves close collaboration with the executive team to oversee all aspects of strategic HR, including workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and total rewards. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Human Capital include strategic workforce planning, organisational design, and manpower planning, as well as managing the annual HR budget and establishing robust HR policies and governance. The role also encompasses driving organisational development initiatives, leading recruitment and succession planning, and implementing performance management frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in HR, with a strong background in HR business partnering, and must hold a Bachelor's degree as a minimum qualification. They will be expected to champion employee engagement, lead learning and development strategies, and ensure compliance with UAE employment legislation while driving continuous improvement through modern HR technologies and best practices.
