The Company is in search of a Dean for its College of Business and Public Administration. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong academic background, holding an earned doctorate in a relevant field, and a minimum of 5 years' progressive leadership and administrative experience in higher education or a closely related setting. The Dean will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, aligning the College with the broader institutional goals, and overseeing academic and administrative planning, budgeting, and policy implementation.
