Chair, Department of Management

The Company is seeking a Chair for its Department of Management, a key leadership role within the academic institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic, academic, and operational leadership to advance the department's mission. This includes managing the department's budget, overseeing course scheduling, and ensuring the quality of academic programs. The Chair will also be tasked with fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, as well as leading initiatives for student recruitment and retention.
