Head of International Research & Development

The Company is seeking a Head of International Research and Development to lead the formulation and implementation of mid- to long-term R&D strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full R&D lifecycle, from project evaluation to commercial handover, and will be instrumental in building and leading a high-performing innovative drug R&D team. This role also involves leading the assessment and integration of breakthrough technologies, as well as representing the company in external collaborations and strategic alliances. The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree or above in biomedical sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in pharmaceutical R&D and project leadership, including senior scientific or executive roles.
