Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial infrastructure and strategy that will support the organization's next phase of growth. The CFO will be the senior-most financial executive, leading the finance function and partnering with the executive team to ensure financial rigor and the design of dynamic systems that support organizational scalability. This role is at the intersection of nonprofit finance, philanthropy, and private investing, and the successful candidate will be responsible for the long-term financial strategy, financial management framework, and the design of economic and investment relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both for-profit and nonprofit financial operations, with a focus on 501(c)(3) organizations, and a proven track record in financial leadership within complex, multi-entity environments. The CFO will also be involved in strategic FP&A, treasury and controls, and team management, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and mission-driven finance team.
