Vice President, Corporate Controller

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Corporate Controller to lead its global accounting function. The successful candidate will be a key strategic partner to the Chief Financial Officer, overseeing corporate accounting, shared services, financial reporting support, and accounting operations. This executive leadership role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with SOX and U.S. GAAP, and driving continuous process improvement initiatives. The role requires a technically strong accounting executive with a passion for building scalable, efficient finance organizations, and the ability to lead a large, high-performing team. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Corporate Controller include leading all corporate accounting operations, partnering with the financial reporting organization for SEC filings, and providing technical accounting leadership on complex matters. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, an active CPA, and at least 15 years of progressive accounting leadership experience, with a preference for those with a background in manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, or defense industries. The role demands a leader with deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and extensive experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition. The candidate should also have a proven track record in driving accounting process improvements, automation, and organizational scalability, as well as strong executive presence and communication skills.
