Head of Change

The Company is seeking a Head of Change to spearhead its enterprise-wide portfolio of business and technology change initiatives. This pivotal leadership role involves shaping and delivering the organization's change agenda, ensuring that investment in projects and transformation activities leads to measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing Projects and Change function, driving project governance, and working closely with senior stakeholders to align transformation activities with strategic objectives. Strong leadership skills, a commercial mindset, and experience within a regulated environment are essential, with a preference for candidates who have a background in the financial or professional services sector. As the Head of Change, you will have the opportunity to influence how change is delivered across the organization and play a key role in its next phase of growth and development. The role requires a candidate with significant experience in leading enterprise change, transformation, PMO, or portfolio functions, and a proven track record in managing complex portfolios and competing priorities. Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence executive and board-level audiences, and a strong understanding of governance, risk management, and benefits realization are also necessary. The ideal candidate will have a commercial mindset, a focus on delivering measurable outcomes, and experience in both business and technology change.
