Head of Life & Health

The Company is in search of a Head of Life & Health for its reinsurance business in Korea. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the local team, developing and executing the life and health strategy, and driving business development activities to ensure market leadership and profitable growth. This senior leadership role requires a professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the life and health insurance sector, including a strong background in reinsurance business development, pricing, underwriting, and/or in-force portfolio management. The role also demands a deep understanding of the Korean insurance landscape, regulatory requirements, and business culture, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Applicants for the Head of Life & Health position at the company should have a proven track record of working within the Korean market and exposure to international or multinational business environments.
