Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the financial strategy, with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency. This includes supervising the financial areas of accounting, management control, treasury, and taxation, ensuring reliable and timely financial reporting, and monitoring and optimizing financial and operational performance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and monitoring business KPIs, managing relationships with financial institutions and external partners, and supporting strategic decision-making and growth plans. A key aspect of the role is to lead, develop, and motivate the finance team. To be considered for this position, candidates must have a higher education degree in management, economics, finance, or a related field, and a solid background in finance management, preferably within the distribution or logistics sector. Strong business orientation, a focus on operational efficiency, experience in cash flow management, and margin control are essential. The role requires analytical skills, strategic vision, and excellent leadership and communication abilities. Fluency in English is valued.
