Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance for its European operations. This pivotal role is focused on providing hands-on leadership to support the financial aspects of the business, including driving financial performance, delivering commercial insight, and partnering with senior operational leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance analysis across the European portfolio. Additionally, the role involves overseeing financial controls, governance, and compliance, as well as supporting commercial initiatives, business cases, supplier negotiations, and investment decisions. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should be qualified accountants with a minimum of 7 years' post-qualified finance experience, and at least 5 years' in hotel or multi-site hospitality finance. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in FP&A, financial reporting, and financial controls, as well as proven leadership, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills. The Head of Finance will also be responsible for mentoring and developing a high-performing finance team and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.
