Managing Director, Premium Hot Beverage Business

The Company is in search of a Managing Director for its premium hot beverage business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full P&L, leading the commercial strategy, and driving business performance. This role involves identifying new growth opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence. The Managing Director will work closely with the Board to develop and execute ambitious growth plans, foster a culture of accountability, and lead a high-performing team. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic and commercial growth plans, delivering profitable revenue growth, and maintaining strong financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the hot beverage industry, with strong commercial acumen, experience in multi-functional team leadership, and a background in retail, foodservice, wholesale, or distribution channels. They should be adept at negotiation, influencing, and relationship building, and have a history of championing innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement. The role requires a leader who can establish clear KPIs, present business performance and strategy to the Board, and is committed to driving operational efficiency while maintaining exceptional product quality and customer experience.
