The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating key functions, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, operational performance, and business development initiatives. This includes overseeing operations, service, logistics, quality, branches, sales, customer service, procurement, and human resources. The COO will also be instrumental in driving growth, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness, and will be expected to maintain a strong field presence, working closely with employees, customers, and operational teams. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a proven track record in a similar role within entrepreneurial businesses, particularly those with significant operational, logistics, or service complexity. A strong background in B2B services, especially within recurring-revenue business models, is essential.
