Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive financial strategy and support the company's ambitious growth plans. The Head of Finance will have full autonomy over daily financial operations, including the management of the finance team, the development and optimization of financial systems and processes, and the creation of a financial growth strategy. Additionally, the role involves enhancing financial controls, working on forecasting models, and business partnering to maximize revenue. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should be fully qualified accountants with a background in the construction, product installation, or a similar building services industry. Experience in working with PE-backed businesses is also a key requirement.
