The Company is seeking an AVP Business Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting the Manager with Management Information (MI) and financial reporting. This includes financial analysis to assess business performance, consolidating results from various business segments, and generating regular MIS reports. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing structured financial reports, interacting with senior management, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all business reporting. The role also involves supporting the implementation of internal controls, managing risks, and driving business efficiencies. The AVP Business Manager will be a key point of contact for financial reporting, both locally and globally, and will be expected to maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders. Applicants for the AVP Business Manager position at the company should have a University degree in commerce, business administration, or a related field, with a preference for a Chartered Accountant or MBA. A minimum of 2-5 years' experience is required, and proficiency in MS-Excel is a must. The role demands a high level of independence, the ability to work within tight deadlines, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
