Associate Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain to lead the fast-growing division. The successful candidate will be responsible for heading the operations and supply chain, driving technological up-gradation, automation, and capacity expansion on a global scale. A key aspect of the role is to lead the team in the implementation of various operational excellence initiatives, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, with the ultimate goal of achieving business excellence. The role also involves a significant focus on contributing to employee and customer satisfaction. Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 12-25 years' of experience, with at least 5 years' at a senior management level in a fast-growing, world-class manufacturing organization. Experience in fastener manufacturing, including operations, vendor development, sales, and support functions, is essential. Technical requirements include knowledge of fastener manufacturing and the latest trends in operations management, as well as exposure to fastener processes such as hot forging, heat treatment, machining, thread rolling, and different coatings. Managerial skills should include being a team player with proven leadership qualities, strategic planning and implementation capabilities, and strong analytical and data-oriented skills.
