Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain to lead the fastener manufacturing division. The successful candidate will be responsible for heading the operations and supply chain, driving technological up-gradation, automation, and capacity expansion on a global scale. A key aspect of the role is to lead the team in the implementation of various operational excellence initiatives, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, with the ultimate goal of achieving business excellence. The VP will also be expected to contribute significantly to both employee and customer satisfaction. Applicants must have a minimum of 12-25 years' of experience, with at least 5 years' at a senior management level in a fast-growing, world-class fastener manufacturing organization. The role requires a candidate with a strong technical background in fastener manufacturing and the latest trends in operations management, as well as exposure to fastener processes such as hot forging, heat treatment, machining, thread rolling, and different coatings. Managerial skills are equally important, including the ability to be a team player, demonstrate proven leadership qualities, and possess strong strategic planning, implementation, analytical, and data-oriented skills.
