Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a pivotal role in leading and optimizing its financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of key activities, including leading corporate debt facilities, monitoring lender compliance, and optimizing working capital. This role also involves preparing financial forecasts, cash flow analyses, and executive reporting, as well as directing accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial close activities. The CFO will be instrumental in strengthening internal controls, overseeing budgeting and long-range financial planning, and developing financial models to evaluate various business opportunities. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 12-20 years' of senior-level accounting and finance experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in a relevant industry that involves inventory. The ideal candidate will have a combination of private and public experience, a CPA certification, and an MBA is a plus. The role requires a strategic leader who can identify cost-saving initiatives, margin improvement opportunities, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that financial strategies are in line with operational and business objectives. Experience in working with lenders and banks is essential, as is a proven track record in financial management and a deep understanding of financial processes to support accurate reporting and audit readiness.
