Head of Portfolio Architecture

The Company is seeking a Head of Architecture to serve as a senior technology and business-facing leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the architectural vision, strategic technology roadmap, and portfolio architecture direction for a designated business unit. This role is pivotal in ensuring that technology investments, transformation initiatives, and solution delivery activities align with business objectives and enterprise-wide architectural standards. The Head of Architecture will work closely with business unit executives and enterprise technology leaders to establish a cohesive architectural strategy that encompasses various technology domains, including applications, integrations, data platforms, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, and digital experiences. Key responsibilities for the Head of Architecture include developing and maintaining the strategic architecture vision, providing leadership across multiple products and business capabilities, and guiding architectural decisions to support scalable and sustainable technology ecosystems. The role also involves serving as the senior architecture advisor, influencing technology strategy, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technology investments. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 12 years' of experience in architecture and technology strategy, and a proven track record of leading architecture functions within large, highly regulated organizations. Deep expertise in business architecture, applications, data management, integration, cloud platforms, security, and emerging technologies is essential, as is the ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead complex organizational change.
