Vice President of Engineering

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Engineering to lead the implementation and operation of its product vision. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the velocity of high-quality value to the ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on the importance of delivery in the current environment. This role requires a leader who can structure tooling and assets for AI-effectiveness, evolve SDLC methods to meet the needs of applied AI, and contribute to the overall technology strategy. The VP of Engineering will also be tasked with maintaining technical proximity, establishing engineering practices and security measures, and fostering a collaborative work environment that promotes autonomy, transparency, and accountability. Applicants for the VP of Engineering position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience leading technical teams, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
