Senior Legal Counsel

The Company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its dynamic team. This role is pivotal in the company's expansion and diversification, particularly in the areas of large-scale service, construction, and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and reviewing a variety of business-critical contracts, including framework, subcontractor, supplier/services, and general commercial agreements. Additionally, the role involves ensuring internal legal compliance for ongoing and future projects, as well as supporting the business in acquisitive transactional matters. The Senior Legal Counsel will work closely with senior stakeholders to manage and mitigate legal and commercial risks, making this a key position within the organization. Applicants for the Senior Legal Counsel position at the company should be E&W or Commonwealth qualified lawyers with a strong background in commercial and construction matters. Experience in the infrastructure, engineering, or construction space is highly beneficial. The role requires a candidate with a proactive and strategic approach to legal issues, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to take on a broad range of legal responsibilities.
