Head of Finance, China Operations

The Company is in search of a strategic and experienced Head of Finance to lead the financial operations of its manufacturing facilities across China. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that align with corporate goals, driving profitability, and ensuring sustainable growth. This includes leading the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes for the region. The role also involves identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, and monitoring KPIs to meet or exceed cost targets. The Head of Finance will be a key player in ensuring compliance with corporate financial policies, local regulations, and industry standards, as well as managing internal controls to mitigate financial risks. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CPA being preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in finance leadership, particularly within manufacturing or industrial sectors, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale factory finance operations, with a strong focus on cost optimization and efficiency improvements. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels are essential. Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in financial tools, particularly Microsoft Excel, is also necessary. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a mandatory requirement for this role.
