Head of Acquisition

The Company is seeking a Head of Acquisition to oversee the entire process of sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment projects. This senior management role involves leading the investment decision-making process through the creation and management of financial and valuation models, as well as driving the due diligence to closing process in collaboration with external asset managers and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with financial institutions and negotiating financing terms, contributing to market analysis, and investment strategy development. Team management and the development of junior members are also key aspects of the position. Applicants must have a minimum of 10-15 years' of practical investment experience in residential or accommodation-related assets, with a strong preference for those with a background in real estate or REITs. A business-level proficiency in English is essential. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the real estate investment sector, capable of leading a team and driving the acquisition process to meet the company's investment goals.
