Head of Compliance

The Company is seeking a Head of Compliance to oversee the domestic compliance department. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and operating the domestic compliance program, providing guidance to each department, and leading team building. Key responsibilities include the establishment, operation, and improvement of domestic compliance programs, the development of a compliance system supporting clinical development, and the provision of compliance advisory services for Japanese operations. The role also involves ensuring consistency with global compliance policies and providing risk-based compliance guidance to each department. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of compliance experience at a global healthcare company, a Bachelor's degree, and be fluent in Japanese with business-level English. The ideal candidate will have experience in establishing compliance systems and programs.
