Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee its end-to-end operations, driving regional growth and strategic impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational excellence, process optimization, and governance frameworks, with a focus on enhancing client experience, service quality, and operational efficiency. This role requires a seasoned operations leader with more than 12 years' of management experience in financial services, particularly within the Forex, CFD, multi-asset brokerage, payments, or FinTech sectors. The COO will be expected to strengthen internal controls, risk management practices, and regulatory compliance standards, while also building and leading high-performing teams across multiple markets in Asia. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a proven track record in managing large-scale operations and driving business growth within a regulated environment. The role demands a strategic, hands-on leader with strong expertise in brokerage operations, including KYC/AML, payments, client onboarding, customer service, and MT4/MT5 environments. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, with experience in scaling operations to support rapid regional growth, and a strong understanding of governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational controls. Experience within international financial institutions and exposure to Southeast Asia and other international markets is highly advantageous. The COO will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to execute strategic growth initiatives and regional expansion plans, and must be adept at managing relationships with key external stakeholders.
