Vice President, Global Online Education

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Global Online Education to lead its digital learning and online education delivery system. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a vision for online education that is in line with the company's mission to provide accessible, high-quality digital education. Responsibilities include program development and oversight, partnership and employer engagement, faculty and academic collaboration, student access and support, assessment and quality assurance, and operational and administrative leadership. The role demands a commitment to student success, particularly for historically underserved populations, and the ability to manage complex budgets, enrollment pipelines, and technology ecosystems to support sustainable growth. Applicants must have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a doctorate, and a minimum of 7 years' progressive administrative leadership experience in a post-secondary institution, including a background in online, digital, or continuing education. Essential qualifications include expertise in online program management, shared governance experience, budget and operational management, external relations capability, and a proven track record of data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will also have experience in strategic enrollment management, industry partnership development, and change leadership in digital transformation. The role requires a leader who can work effectively with diverse stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and ensure that the company's global online education programs meet high academic standards and respond to emerging workforce trends.
