Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to define and execute its technology strategy, with a focus on leading engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity, and technical governance functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing the organization for M&A activity, advancing security and compliance initiatives, and leveraging AI within the software development lifecycle. This role is pivotal in working closely with the product team to establish the necessary processes and governance to scale a high-growth, private equity-backed software business. The ideal CTO for the company will have a background in B2B multi-product SaaS, with a strong business orientation and technical experience across architecture, engineering leadership, and strategy. A tenure of 15 years or more in a progressive technology career is expected, with a preference for candidates who have a solid history in private equity and experience in M&A integration. The role requires a passionate and committed leader with a contagious will to win, capable of honoring the company's past while driving it into the future. The CTO will play a critical role in the company's transformation and scaling, in line with the investment thesis of the private equity sponsor.
