Senior Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to serve as the enterprise operations leader, driving performance through influence and partnership. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape and build the operations function, with a focus on driving efficiency, productivity, and operational consistency across a complex, multi-site footprint. Key responsibilities include developing and executing an enterprise operations strategy, integrating acquired businesses onto a common operating system, and establishing plant-level metrics to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards. The role also involves leading the company's Lean and continuous improvement agenda and building a high-performing operations team. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, business, or a related field, and at least 15 years of progressive operations leadership experience in complex, multi-site manufacturing and/or distribution environments. Deep expertise in Lean and continuous improvement, as well as a proven track record of integrating acquired businesses and leading change, are essential. Financial fluency to influence P&L owners and a strong focus on driving operational excellence are also required.
