Senior Legal Counsel

The Company is in search of a Senior Legal Counsel to become a key member of its legal team. This role is highly commercial and business-facing, with a primary focus on procurement, EPC and construction projects, oil and gas, and general commercial matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice in these areas, working closely with senior leadership, and managing a diverse and demanding workload. Key requirements for the position include being a Common Law qualified lawyer with approximately 8-10 years' of post-qualification experience, a strong background in commercial contracts, procurement, EPC/construction projects, and/or oil and gas, and the ability to demonstrate excellent commercial judgment and pragmatic, business-focused advice. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will be comfortable operating independently, engaging directly with senior management, and will possess strong stakeholder management skills. While the company prefers candidates who are already based in the UAE or GCC, exceptional international candidates will also be considered. A low-ego, collaborative, and delivery-focused approach is essential.
