The Company is seeking a Head of Accounting to oversee and ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of all accounting operations within the Belgian organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of accounting activities, including A-Z accounting, monthly and annual closing, and group reporting. This role demands a leader with a strong background in financial management, capable of combining substantive ownership with visible leadership, and who can effectively manage a team while also acting as a key point of contact for external partners. The Head of Accounting will also be involved in people management, process improvement, and digitalization, and must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years' of experience in accounting, and a proven track record in a leadership or coordinating role.
