Head of Information Technology

The Company is in search of a Head of Information Technology to lead and oversee all local IT operations within a multinational environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the future of IT, managing application portfolios, and vendor relationships, and ensuring the consistent delivery of IT services. This role demands a strategic leader who can manage IT risks, and budgets, and drive the adoption of new technologies, including AI. The Head of IT will also be tasked with leading digital transformation projects, supporting the transition to an independent operating model, and ensuring compliance with global IT policies and standards. Applicants for the Head of Information Technology position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 7 years' experience in IT operations, infrastructure, applications, project management, or IT service management. A strong technical foundation, comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure, and proven knowledge of IT governance and security frameworks are essential. The role requires exceptional project management skills, advanced budget management capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions. Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, Copilot, or similar platforms is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a global perspective, with international or multinational work experience, and possess excellent English communication skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
