The Company is seeking an experienced Head of IT to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing IT strategy that is in line with business goals, providing leadership for cloud services, infrastructure, and security initiatives. This role involves team management, including leading and mentoring technical teams, and ensuring the effective handling of IT incidents and tickets. The Head of IT will also oversee corporate IT operations, manage budgets, and ensure system performance and scalability. Key duties for the Head of IT include acting as the Incident Manager during disruptions, establishing processes for incident response, and ensuring robust IT security policies are in place, with a focus on ISO27001 and GDPR compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a Microsoft 365-centric environment, strong knowledge of networking protocols, and experience in managing vendor relationships. Familiarity with SaaS applications or development processes is desirable. The role requires a leader who can effectively manage technical teams in high-pressure environments and is adept at incident management using ticketing systems.
